This is my 4th year paddling with Breast Friends. When asked I always say "its a labor of love". I started to think about that statement. although it is true I love to do it, I am Blessed that they ever asked. It was my twin sister Lisa who I have to thank for introducing me to the wonderful group of ladies that I paddle with and now affectionately refer to as my "Breasties". I have met so many incredible women; strong, determined, survivors. So the biggest thank you is first and foremost to Hope Chest for all that they do for these incredible women. Everything concerning health and wellness programs ; nutrition, emotional support, and activities. I do believe I'm better for knowing these amazing woman. My team is great too! Turns out We are pretty good at raising money. So breast cancer touches us all in one way or another!! It seems we all know someone!! Please help Hope Chest support our survivors!!
