Paddles Up! I’m heading back to the water.
For the second year in a row, I am picking up my paddle and joining the Hope Chest Dragon Boat team to raise vital funds for our community. Last year was an incredible experience, but this year, we are aiming even higher.
Dragon boat racing is about more than just speed; it’s about synchronicity, strength, and resilience. It takes every single person in the boat moving as one to propel us forward. In many ways, that is exactly what Hope Chest does for breast cancer survivors—providing the community and support needed to navigate the journey toward healing.
Why I Race:
I am paddling to support the mission of Hope Chest, an organization dedicated to providing hope, healing, and wellness through the sport of dragon boating. The funds raised go directly toward:
Wellness programs for breast cancer survivors.
Providing a supportive community that fosters physical and emotional recovery.
Ensuring the dragon boat program remains accessible to those who need it most.
Join My Crew (From the Shore!)
You don’t have to get in the boat to help us make waves. My goal this year is to surpass my previous fundraising total, and I can’t do it without your support.
Whether it is $10 or $100, every contribution helps "fill the chest" and keeps our dragons rising.
